- Advanced testing for precise food composition and sensory analyses
- Fraud prevention using smart traceability and DNA tools to support food authenticity
- Risk mitigation by identifying and minimising food contaminants and allergens
- Mapping digestion and bioaccessibility to design tomorrow's functional foods
Chemistry for Health & Well-being
- Supporting disease prevention by unlocking the molecular mechanisms behind chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and cancer
- Developing targeted solutions by combining clinical data with cellular models to discover novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets
